Launch new brokerage in a competitive real estate market
Georgia native Brant Rackley knew he wanted to start his own real estate brokerage after years of working as a realtor for another company. He came to Thrasher Photo + Design to create his new brand and website and to launch his brokerage into the competitive Athens, GA real estate market where larger companies have dominated for decades.
Brant wanted his love for Athens and its music scene to be a major part of his brand (check out his band Japancakes) Beth and Brant worked together to create a logo that reads as both ‘vinyl album’ and ‘sound waves’ with Athens playing a big part of the brand. Brant also needed his signage to stand out in a conservative market: go orange! After his cards, signs and t-shirts were printed, we launched the website and got his site ranked high in the search engines, fast.
Since Sound Real Estate Athens went live, Brant has added FIVE new Sound Real Estate REALTORS® to his brokerage, plus TWO new divisions for Rentals and Property Management… plus dozens of 5-star reviews.
